Our office is located at 230, Flat No-3C, in Block-B of the building on Vibekananda Sarani. We are right in the middle of Jadabpur, which is a very lively part of Kolkata. Being in a flat like 3C makes the work environment feel a bit more like a home than a stiff office. We have our desks set up in the different rooms, and there is always a lot of paper moving around. Since we deal with insurance and life policies, there is a lot of explaining things to people who walk in. It’s not a huge space, so when a few customers come in at once, it gets quite cozy. We spend our mornings catching up on emails and checking the latest updates. Jadabpur is always humming with energy because of the students and the markets nearby. We usually take turns going out to grab some snacks or tea from the vendors downstairs. The building itself is older, but it serves us well. We don’t go in for fancy decorations; we just have what we need to get the job done. Sometimes the lift is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs to the third floor. It’s good exercise, anyway. People around here know us as the place to go when they have questions about their coverage. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone who visits us.
