Taste Maker

Taste Maker is located at 292B in Jodhpur Park. This is a residential part of the city, so it is a bit quieter than the main markets. We have been here for a while now, just doing our thing in this little corner of the neighborhood. The restaurant is small and tucked away. We did not want a big flashy place. It is just a cozy spot where people from the nearby houses can come and get something to eat. We do a lot of takeout orders because people like to eat at home, but we have a few tables if you want to stay for a bit. The kitchen is run by a couple of us who just like cooking simple meals. We do not follow fancy recipes or use complicated techniques. It is just the kind of food we grew up with. We buy our spices and grains from the same vendors we have used for years. Sometimes the delivery guy is a bit late because of the traffic in the city, but we try to keep things moving as fast as we can. We do not have a big corporate office or anything. It is just us here at the shop every day. We handle the orders, the cooking, and the cleaning ourselves. It is a simple life and a simple business. If you live in Jodhpur Park, you have probably walked past us a dozen times already. We are just a small shop.
