The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we all know the local shortcuts. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day to keep going. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit messy, but we just carry on. It’s a practical, no-frills environment. We are just a group of people working in retail at this specific corner of Dum Dum. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do and we’ve been at it for quite some time now.
