You can find Talent Pro India Hr over at Ajay Apartment, which is right on 97/A, B.T. Road. We are up on the 3rd floor in Flat-402. It’s a busy part of Kolkata-700090, so there’s always a lot of activity right outside the gate. Being on the 3rd floor helps a little with the street noise, but you can still hear the buses honking on B.T. Road most of the time. The lift in the apartment works most days, but sometimes we just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. The office itself is set up like a typical workspace. We have desks, chairs, and a lot of computers. Since we do HR work, there are always people coming in and out for talks or dropping off papers. It’s not a shiny corporate glass building; it’s just a regular flat turned into an office. We like it that way because it feels less stiff. The light comes in through the balcony windows in the morning. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails. Lunch is usually a quick affair in the small pantry area. We’ve got a few plants near the window that we try to keep alive despite the heat. It’s just a group of us trying to keep things organized and moving along. By the end of the day, the office feels a bit smaller than it did in the morning. We lock up Flat-402 and head downstairs.
