Our office is at 41/1B Jhowtall Road in Kolkata. It is a busy part of the city, and you can always hear the traffic and the people outside. We have been here for a bit, working on hiring and finding talent for different places. It is not a huge operation. We are just a small team of people who know a thing or two about the job market in India. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at resumes on a screen. It can get a bit repetitive, but it is important work for the folks who need a job. We don’t have any fancy posters on the walls about goals or things like that. We just have our calendars and a lot of coffee cups lying around. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all just take a break until it comes back. That is just life in a regular office. We know the local area well and we like being part of the Kolkata community. People stop by sometimes to ask questions, and we do what we can to help them out. It is a straightforward business without any hidden layers. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help people get to work on time and get paid. It is what it is, and we like it that way.
