Our office for Talent Corner Hr Services Pvt. Ltd. is located at 37 Jawpur Road in the Dum Dum area. Being in Kolkata-700074, we are pretty close to the airport side of things, which makes it a very active part of town. The office itself is a simple setup on Jawpur Road. We don’t have any of those modern, open-plan designs that people talk about. It’s just a few rooms where we sit and go through resumes and talk to people on the phone. HR services involves a lot of listening, and it gets pretty busy when we have several interviews going on at once. The street outside can be quite narrow, so parking is always a bit of a challenge for anyone visiting. Most of us just take the local transport anyway. We have a small pantry where we make our own tea, and that’s usually where the best conversations happen. We don’t use big corporate slogans or try to act like we’re changing the world. We just try to find the right person for the right spot and keep the files organized. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when the files start piling up, but we manage to keep it together. Dum Dum is a great place to be because it’s so well-connected. It’s a no-frills kind of operation here, just local people helping other people find their way into new roles day by day.
