We try to be honest with everyone who walks through the door about what’s available. Sometimes we can help, and sometimes we can’t, but we always try. The office is a bit small, and it can get crowded when a lot of people show up at once. We don't use any high-tech sorting machines; we just use our eyes and talk to people. It’s a very personal way of doing business. We’ve been at this address in Kolkata-700028 for quite some time now. We know the shortcuts to avoid the worst of the traffic. Most of us live nearby, so we’re really part of the neighborhood. We don’t put on any airs or pretend to be something we’re not. We’re just consultants trying to connect people. It can be stressful, but seeing someone get a job makes it okay. We take it one day at a time.
