Synergy (India) Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is located up on the 16th floor of the Chatterjee International Centre on Jawaharlal Nehru Road. Being in A-12 means we have a pretty good view of the city, though we don’t spend much time looking out the windows. The building is huge, and waiting for the elevator can take forever, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work. Our office is a mix of desks, phones, and stacks of marketing materials. It’s often quite noisy with everyone talking at once. Since we are in such a central location, there’s always something happening downstairs on the street. We deal with a lot of different clients, so the phone never really stops ringing. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture; it’s mostly just practical stuff that’s been here for years. The carpets are a bit worn in the spots where the chairs roll back and forth. We usually grab lunch from one of the vendors nearby or bring something from home and eat while we work. It’s a fast-paced environment, but not in a polished, corporate way. It’s more of a "get things done" kind of vibe. By the time the sun starts to go down, we are usually finishing up the last of the reports and getting ready to join the crowd at the bus stop or the metro.
