We spend most of our time helping people find jobs and helping local companies find the right staff for their needs. It is a lot of looking at resumes and talking to people about what they are really looking for in a career. Kolkata is a big city with many people looking for work, so we stay pretty busy most days. We do not have any big, shiny signs or anything like that out front. It is just a regular office where we sit down and do our work. Some days the phones do not stop ringing and other days we are just catching up on all the paperwork. We try to keep things relaxed here.
