You can find us at P-36 and 41 in the Kasba Industrial Estate, right near the E.M. Bypass. It is a busy spot in Kolkata, and there is always a lot of traffic nearby. We have been in this estate for a long time, and we occupy a couple of units to keep everything running. The smell of cooking often drifts out into the hallway, which the neighbors sometimes mention when they pass by. We have a lot of people coming in and out, mostly delivery vans and staff arriving for their shifts. It is a bit of a maze inside with all the storage and the equipment, but we know where everything is. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the actual food to worry about that. We have a small office tucked in the corner where the phones ring quite a bit. It gets pretty frantic around the holidays or when there is a big order to fill, but we usually manage to get it done. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is mostly just us, working the machines and packing up the boxes. It is a local operation and we like it that way, staying close to the bypass so we can get our products out to the shops quickly and without much fuss.
