Suvidha Placements Limited

We’re based in Uma Apartments, specifically Flat No. 506 in Phase 2, right on Garia Station Road. Kolkata is a big city, and being near the station means there’s always people passing by. We’ve been doing placement work here for Suvidha Placements Limited for a long time. It’s not a fancy office block, just an apartment that we’ve turned into our workspace. It can get a bit crowded when we have several people in for interviews, but we make it work. We don't have any corporate slogans or a mission statement on the wall. We just have lists of jobs and stacks of resumes. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to people who drop in looking for a new start. It’s simple work but it keeps us very busy. Garia is a lively area, and we like being right in the middle of it. Sometimes the power goes out or the lift is being serviced, so we just have to deal with those things as they come. We aren't a huge agency with branches everywhere. We’re just this one office trying to help people find a decent place to work. We know the local employers and what they’re looking for. It’s about making a good match without any unnecessary fluff or complicated processes. We just keep it real and do our best for the folks who come to see us.
