Suvidha Placement

Our office is located at 5 A Doctor Bye Lane in Kolkata. If you know the area, you know it’s one of those narrow streets where life happens right on the doorstep. We’ve been running Suvidha Placement from this spot for a while. It’s a small place, often filled with people coming in to drop off their resumes or ask about jobs. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the desks are a bit cramped, but it works for us. Kolkata is a loud, vibrant city, and that energy definitely filters into our room. We spend our days looking at papers and talking to folks who are looking for a break. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of waiting around and many phone calls that don’t lead anywhere. But then, every now and then, someone gets a job and it feels alright. We don’t use any complicated software to track things; a lot of it is still kept in folders and notebooks. It’s a very manual process. The heat in the afternoon can get pretty bad, so we keep the fans going full blast. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website that does everything for you. It’s just us, sitting in a lane in West Bengal, trying to connect people with work. It is simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning till evening.
