Our office is at 53, Justice Chandra Madahv Road. It's a quieter street compared to the main roads, which we appreciate. We've been operating out of this building for a long time. It's a private limited company on paper, but inside it feels more like a small family setup. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a lot of paperwork. We spend our days mostly handling orders and talking to suppliers. There’s no big lobby or a receptionist to greet you here. Usually, one of us just looks up from our work when the door opens. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just take care of business and make sure the accounts are right. The building itself is sturdy and keeps the heat out fairly well during the summer months. We drink a lot of tea and stay busy until the sun goes down. Sometimes we stay late if there's a big shipment to coordinate. It’s just the way it goes. We don't have a big marketing department. We rely on the fact that we’ve been around for years and people know we aren't going anywhere. It’s a steady kind of life. We like the neighborhood and the people who walk by every day. It feels like we are part of the scenery now. The street has some old trees that provide good shade.
