Sreenithi Garments

The shop is right here on Gariahat Road, at 28/1E. Most people in Kolkata know this area is always busy, especially with all the traffic and folks walking by every day. We've been at this spot for a good bit of time now, just handling garments and seeing the neighborhood change around us. It gets pretty humid here, so we try to keep things that make sense for the weather. Nothing too fancy, just the stuff people actually need to wear. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded when the street outside is full, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We spend most of our mornings just folding things and making sure everything is where it should be before the first person walks in. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the inventory, honestly. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just us here, making sure the shelves are stocked and the lights are on. If you’re walking down toward the main crossing, you’ll probably see our sign. It isn’t a huge place, but it fits what we do. We mostly deal with regular clothes that folks around here use for their daily lives. Nothing complicated about it. We just open up in the morning, stay through the evening rush, and head home like everyone else on this street. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, really.
