Sneha Garments & Ladies Tailors

We've been here on James Long Sarani at 6/1 10 for quite a while now. Most people around here know us as Sneha Garments & Ladies Tailors. It's just a small shop where we handle a lot of stitching and alterations for the neighborhood women. We mostly deal with blouses, suits, and whatever daily wear people need fixed or made from scratch. Some days it gets pretty busy with rolls of fabric everywhere and the sewing machines humming all morning. We don't really have a big fancy setup. It’s mostly just us working through the piles of cloth people bring in. Sometimes a customer wants something specific for a wedding or a festival, and we do what we can to get it done on time. It’s not always easy keeping up when everyone wants their clothes by the weekend. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the shop looks a bit cluttered with threads and scraps. That’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We usually open up early and stay until the sun goes down. If you walk past James Long Sarani, you’ll likely see us sitting at the machines. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but the work we do stays pretty much the same. People come in, get measured, and come back a week later to pick up their bags. It’s a simple routine we’ve stuck to. Nothing fancy, just a local spot for clothes.
