Our office is situated at 3/H/5 K.T. Road in the Hastings area of Kolkata. Being a call center, things are usually pretty noisy around here. There is always the sound of people talking on headsets and the hum of computers running all day long. Hastings is an interesting part of town with a lot of old history. Our building is a bit older too, but it does the job. We have rows of desks set up for the staff who work different shifts. Sometimes it is busy in the morning and other times we have people working late into the night. The pin code is 700022. We are not a flashy place with a lot of decorations. It is a functional workspace designed for calling and taking messages. People who work here come from all over the city. We have a small area where we sit and eat during our breaks. The traffic on K.T. Road can get loud, but once you put the headphones on, you don't notice it much. We handle a lot of different calls every day. It is just a regular private limited company trying to provide solutions to people who need them. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just show up, take the calls, and go home. It is hard work but it keeps the lights on and the team busy every single day.
