You can find us on the third floor of the Bikaner Building, located at 8/1 Lal Bazar Street. It’s a well-known building in this part of town, which makes it easy for people to find us. We’ve been in this office for several years. The lift is old and slow, so we often end up walking up the three flights. The office is full of ledger books and computer monitors. We deal with a lot of different shipments, mostly managing the flow of goods in and out of the region. It’s a lot of coordinating with trucks and ships. Some days everything goes smoothly, and other days it feels like every single thing is stuck somewhere. We don't have any polished mission statements on the walls. We just have a list of what needs to get done before five o'clock. We value being direct with the people we do business with. If there’s a problem with a shipment, we don’t hide it. We just figure out how to get it sorted. The area around Lal Bazar is always busy, so there’s never a dull moment outside our window. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. After all this time, the sounds of the street below have just become background noise that we don't even notice anymore.
