We work out of North Balia in the Garia area of Kolkata. Our office is actually located within the premises of Sunil Dasgupta's place. It’s a very local way of doing things, and it works for us. Treza Exim Pvt Ltd. is focused on handling exports and imports, which means a lot of checking documents and talking to customs people. Garia is a busy part of the city, but our little corner is somewhat quieter. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. It’s more of a family-feeling environment where everyone pitches in. The fans are always humming to keep the Kolkata heat away. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we have to wait a while for emails to send. We mostly deal with small shipments and making sure the paperwork is all in order. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work, but we’re used to it. We take our tea breaks seriously and often talk about things other than work. It’s not a place where people wear ties or follow a strict corporate handbook. We just want to make sure the goods get where they need to go without any trouble. Life here is simple and practical. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the neighbors are all friendly. It’s just us doing our business in a way that makes sense for a small team in Kolkata. We just keep going.
