Kasa Exim Pvt Ltd (Caltherm )

Running Kasa Exim Pvt Ltd, or Caltherm as some people know us, keeps us pretty busy down here in Kolkata. We are located at 27 A.J.C. Bose Road. If you know this part of the city, you know it can get quite loud with all the traffic outside. Our office isn’t anything too special to look at, just a place where we handle the export and import side of things. There’s always a lot of paperwork with this kind of work. Customs, shipping schedules, and making sure things get where they need to go on time. It can be stressful when a shipment is stuck, but we’ve learned to deal with it over the years. We started this because we knew the business, not because we wanted to be some corporate giants. It’s just a few of us here making sure the orders are processed. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy brochures for us. We just answer the phones and check the emails. Living and working in West Bengal has its own pace. The humidity can be a lot in the summer, but the office stays okay. We've been at this address for a long time now. It’s a solid location for getting around the city. We just do our bit and go home at the end of the day.
