Kolkata is a crowded place, and working on-site here means dealing with tight spaces and a lot of people. We handle the technical side of construction without any of the big-city corporate talk. We are just local engineers who know how to get things built in this environment. We spend a lot of time checking on supplies and making sure the workers have what they need to keep going. It is a lot of noise and dust, but that is just part of the job. We don't put on any airs; we just wear our regular clothes and get to work. If you call and we don't pick up right away, we might be on a ladder or near a loud machine. We try to be practical and solve problems as they pop up on the site.
