This office is a bit different from our city locations because we are out in Bupikhali. It’s a village area in the Howrah district, near the Bauria police station. Being out here means things are a bit slower and the air is a little clearer. We handle the Shriram Epc work for this region right from this local spot. It’s a mix of a village and a post office setup, which is quite common in rural West Bengal. We have a lot of local ties here, and many of us have grown up in or around these parts. The commute isn't like the city; it’s more about navigating the local roads and avoiding the monsoon puddles. Our office is where we gather to plan out the next steps for our construction and engineering tasks. It’s a modest building, nothing fancy at all. We sit together, share some snacks, and get to the tasks that need finishing. Having a base in Bupikhali allows us to stay close to the actual sites we are working on. There is no corporate polish here, just a group of people trying to do a good job for the projects we manage. We like the quietness of the area, though it gets busy when the trucks arrive. It’s a very local way of doing business, and it suits us just fine. Every day brings something a little different, and we enjoy the simplicity of our surroundings.
