Finding 519B Rabindra Sarani isn't always easy if you aren't used to the traffic in this part of the city. We are up on the second floor, so you have to climb the stairs which are a bit steep. It is an old building, but it has character. Most days are spent handling calls and checking on equipment orders. It gets a bit cramped in the office sometimes, especially when we have new stock coming in and nowhere to put the crates. The noise from the street below never really stops. You can hear the horns and the people shouting all day long. We have been here for years, and most of the shops nearby know us well. We don't really do the big corporate thing with meetings and presentations. It's more about getting the job done and making sure the deliveries go out on time. Sometimes the fans don't work as well as they should in the summer, so we keep the windows open. You get a lot of dust that way, but at least there is a breeze. We have a small tea stall just outside where we take our breaks. It is a simple setup. We know our equipment inside out, and we don't feel the need to dress it up with fancy words.
