We set up Shantha Busi Deals Private Limited at 135-A, Biplabi, Rashbehari Basu Road. This road is one of the busiest ones you can find. There is always something happening outside. You hear the trams and the buses all day. Our office is a bit of a sanctuary from that. It’s not a large space, but we make it work. We have a few chairs for when people come to talk about deals. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our computers or talking on the phone. The walls are white and we have some calendars hanging up to keep track of the dates. We don’t have a kitchen, so we just bring lunch from home or buy something from the street vendors. The tea man comes by twice a day, which is the highlight for most of us. We deal with various business things, but we don't make a big fuss about it. It’s just regular work. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to wait for it to come back, which gives us a chance to actually talk to each other. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s a good location because everyone knows where Rashbehari Basu Road is. We just keep our heads down and do our work. It is a simple setup and it suits us just fine. We show up and do the job.
