Service Engineer

We are based in Vill-Jagudasber, which is part of the Marishda area in Purba Midnapur. It's a very quiet spot in West Bengal, far away from all the noise of the big towns. Our workshop is basically just a room in the village where we keep all our tools and spare parts. It’s a very simple, local setup. Most of the day, I’m either sitting at the workbench or riding my bike to go and see customers in the nearby villages. The roads aren't always in the best shape, but we manage to get around. We take care of our tools, even if they're getting old and the handles are a bit worn. Life here is pretty basic. We don't have air conditioning, just a ceiling fan and the breeze from the window. When the monsoon rain hits the tin roof, it gets so loud that you can't even hear yourself think. It's a practical way to live and work. There is a strong sense of community here in Jagudasber, and most people know us by name. We handle all kinds of engineering repairs and technical problems as they come up. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. If something stops working, we use our experience to try and get it running again. It's just a small business in a rural area.
