Service Engineer

Down here in Saltlake, specifically at Npsl Dn-47 in Sector V, things move pretty fast. Being a Service Engineer in this part of Kolkata means we are surrounded by all those big IT buildings and busy offices. But our place is a bit different. We are more hands-on. While everyone around us is working on computers and software, we are usually dealing with the hardware that keeps things running. The DN-47 block is always full of people, and the energy in Sector V is constant. We don’t have a big fancy sign or a glossy brochure. Most people find us because they have a technical problem that needs a human touch, not an automated response. We spend our days tucked away with our tools, surrounded by the sounds of the city. It gets pretty humid in Kolkata, so the shop can feel a bit stuffy, but we are used to it. We don't really follow a strict corporate manual. If someone comes in with a problem, we just take a look and see what we can do. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes, but that’s how you learn the quirks of different machines. We’ve been here in Saltlake for a while, and we just like the routine of fixing things and talking to the people who come through our door. No big talk, just steady work that keeps us focused from the morning until it is time to head home.
