Sen Placement Consultancy

Our office is located right in the Doctors Quarter No-2 over at the I.D. and B.G. Hospital area in Kolkata. It’s a busy part of the city, especially with all the medical staff and patients moving around constantly. We started this consultancy because we saw so many people looking for work and didn't really know where to start. It’s a small space, nothing like those big corporate offices in Salt Lake or Sector V. Most days it’s just us sitting around the phones and computers, trying to match folks with the right jobs. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the ceiling fan makes a bit of noise, but it works for us. Living and working in Kolkata means you get used to the humidity and the noise from the street. We don’t try to act like we’re some huge international firm. We’re just local people helping other local people find a way to earn a living. Sometimes it gets stressful when the deadlines are tight, but seeing someone get a placement makes it feel okay. We’ve got stacks of resumes everywhere and the tea guy comes by twice a day. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t have fancy brochures. If you need help finding a spot to work, we just sit down and talk about what you can do. That’s pretty much how we spend our time here.
