Satyaria Fashion is our small shop at 28/C P.C Banerjee Road in Dakshineswar. If you are walking toward Addyapeath Temple, you will probably see our sign. It is a lively area with plenty of people passing by all day. We have been here for quite some time now and have gotten used to the noise of the street. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a simple place where we keep our stock of clothes. My nephew helps me out in the evenings when it gets a bit more crowded. Sometimes the traffic on P.C Banerjee Road is a real mess, especially during temple festivals, but we don't mind too much. We try to keep a good variety of things so people in the neighborhood don't have to go all the way into the main city. It is a local business where we know many of our customers by their first names. We don't have a website or do any social media stuff. We just focus on the people who walk through the door. The building is older and has its quirks, but it feels like home to us. We open up around ten in the morning and stay until we’re done for the night. We aren't trying to be a big brand or anything like that. We just want to keep the shop running and make sure we have what people are looking for. It is a straightforward life here and we are happy with how things are.
