Sathi Shilpikar

We are located at 2 B, Gopal Chander Bose Lane in the Sinthee area. If you are coming from Sinthee More, it is just a short walk away. It is a narrow lane, like many in this part of Kolkata, but we like the neighborhood feel. The name Sathi Shilpikar basically tells you what we do, which is working on crafts and interiors. We are not a big corporation with offices in every city. It is just us here in Sinthee. The office is usually busy with people coming in to check on their orders or look at some designs we have put together. We do not spend much on fancy furniture for ourselves because we are too busy working on things for other people. You will often see us carrying materials in or out of the lane. It is a lot of hands-on work. Sometimes we are at the office and sometimes we are at a site nearby. We have grown to know the shopkeepers around Sinthee More quite well over the years. Our goal is just to finish the work we started and make sure it looks decent. We do not use big words or try to impress anyone with talk. If you need something done for your house, you just come by and we see if we can help. It is a simple way of doing business that works for us.
