Sara Foods

We are over at 75/1 Beadon Street. It’s a busy spot in the neighborhood and things are always moving around here. Sara Foods is just where we spend our days. We handle food products and it keeps us on our toes from morning until we close up. The street outside is usually loud and crowded, but that’s just part of being here. Our shop isn't anything fancy to look at. It’s a functional space with bags and boxes piled up in the corners. We’ve been in this location for a while now. Some days are better than others, especially when the weather is hot and the humidity is high. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us doing the daily chores. We stock what people need and try to keep things as fresh as possible. Sometimes the inventory takes longer to sort through than we expect. We don't have a lot of room for a proper office, so we just work where we can. It’s mostly about getting the orders out and making sure the counts are right. We spend a lot of time on our feet and drinking tea when we get a break. The building is older and shows its age, but it works for us. We like the local vibe and the people we see every day. It’s a decent way to make a living and we just keep at it every day without too much fuss.
