At No. 83B Satish Mukherjee Road, things stay pretty busy with the food production. We are usually in the back making sure the machines are running and the ingredients are measured out correctly. It’s not a quiet place because there is always some equipment humming or people moving boxes around. We deal with various food items, and the smell changes depending on what we are making that day. Sometimes it's sweet, sometimes it's more savory. We have a small team, and we all know each other's habits by now. We don't have a big corporate cafeteria; we just eat our lunches at our desks or out by the entrance if the weather is decent. Satish Mukherjee Road has its own rhythm, and we are just a small part of it. We focus on the daily output and making sure the packaging is sealed right before it goes into the crates. It’s honest work that leaves you tired at the end of the shift. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the food we put out is decent. There are always little things that go wrong, like a label getting stuck or a delivery being late, but we just fix it and move on. It is a bit cramped sometimes with all the stock, but we make it work even when things get hectic during the rush hours.
