You can find us at 53/A Nrisingha Dutta Road over in the Barisha Sakherbazar area of Kolkata. We’ve been helping people find jobs for a good while now. It’s a small consultancy, and we mostly focus on placements for different types of roles around West Bengal. It isn't a huge office, just a few desks and some filing cabinets where we keep track of everyone’s details. People walk in all the time looking for advice on where they might fit in the job market. We spend a lot of time listening to what they’ve done before and what they hope to do next. It’s a lot of paperwork and matching names to requirements. We don't try to be something we aren't; we are just a local group trying to help our neighbors find steady work. The neighborhood is usually quite lively, and we like being right in the middle of it. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit chaotic, but that’s just a normal day for us. We don't have any flashy slogans or anything. We just talk to people, look at their experience, and see if there’s a vacancy that works for them. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’ve gotten to know a lot of the local businesses over the years too. This is just how we run things here in Sakherbazar. It feels right.
