You can find Sab Natural Products Mfg. Co. over at 11/12 Shyama Charan, Smriti Tirtha Road. We’re in the New Alipore area. It’s a bit quieter than the main city center, which we like. Our building isn't huge, but it's where we do all our manufacturing. Since we handle natural products, the place often smells like herbs or oils, depending on what we’re making that day. It’s a hands-on job. We aren't sitting behind computers all day like people in some other offices. Most of us are on the floor, checking the machines or packing the finished items into bottles and jars. It’s a bit messy sometimes. Things spill, or the floor gets slippery, but that’s just part of the process. We started small and we’ve stayed pretty grounded. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, the person who answers the phone is also the one who might be helping with the packing later. It’s just a small group of us working together. We try to keep the machines running and the supplies coming in. We don't have fancy titles or big meetings. We just talk while we work. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it gets the product made and sent out to the people who want it. We just focus on making the stuff right and getting it out on time.
