S D Engineering is located at No. 8/3 on Souren Roy Road. You can find us near the Behala Natun Dal Club, right in the Auddy Bagan Basti area of Behala. It’s a real working-class neighborhood and we fit right in. Our shop is where all the engineering happens. It’s not a clean or quiet environment. There’s the constant sound of machinery and the smell of metal being worked on. We’ve been here for years and we’ve seen the neighborhood change, but we’re still doing the same kind of work. We aren't a big industrial firm with fancy offices. We’re a small workshop where we get our hands dirty every single day. We don't have a website or do any social media stuff. People around Behala just know us and what we do. We take on all sorts of engineering tasks, some small and some a bit more involved. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just look at the job, figure out what needs to be done, and get to it. Sometimes things go smoothly and other times a project takes a bit of extra effort. That’s just the nature of the work. We’re just a group of regular people who enjoy fixing things and making parts. It’s a simple, honest way to earn a living in our part of town.
