You can find Rsv Consultants at 5 Santosh Roy Road in Kolkata. It’s a familiar spot for us, and we’ve grown quite attached to this little corner of the city. We do consulting work, which involves a lot of listening and trying to give some decent advice based on what we’ve learned over the years. The office is pretty basic. We have a few desks, a printer that jams way too often, and a cupboard full of old files that we probably don’t need anymore. We don’t put on any airs here. When you come in, you’ll see us dressed in regular clothes, probably arguing about where to order lunch from. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we do take the work seriously when it matters. Santosh Roy Road is a busy street, so there’s always the sound of horns and people talking outside. It keeps us feeling connected to the world while we sit and look at spreadsheets or reports. We aren't the kind of company that has a bunch of rules for every little thing. We just trust each other to get the job done. Over time, we’ve gotten to know a lot of the local business owners nearby. It’s nice being part of a community rather than just being a random office in a tall building. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and try to be helpful whenever we can.
