D. K. B. Nirman Pvt. Ltd. operates out of No. 145 - A - 1 South Sinthee Road, which is right near the Raj Mandir Mandap. If you know that area, you know it can get pretty crowded during the wedding season. Our office is a simple place where we keep all our blueprints and site reports piled up on the desks. It isn't very fancy, just a few chairs and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We spend most of our time out at the actual sites, so the office is often quiet during the middle of the day. There is usually a bit of dust on the windows from the road outside. South Sinthee Road has a lot of movement, and we are right in the middle of it. We started this because we liked seeing things get built from the ground up. It’s hard work, and sometimes the weather doesn't help us much, but we keep going anyway. When someone comes by to talk about a project, we just sit down and go over the papers. We don't use big words or try to act like we are in a high-rise building downtown. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the tea lady from down the street brings us snacks. We just try to stay busy and make sure the projects move along at a decent pace.
