Rivte Skill India Private Limited

Our place, Rivte Skill India Private Limited, is located at 57 Surya Sen Street, right in the Parsibagan area of Kolkata. It's a pretty old street with a lot of history. We’ve been set up here for a bit now, focusing on skills and training for people who want to find better work. The building itself is easy to find if you know the neighborhood. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees, just a handful of us trying to help people learn something useful. Most days are spent talking to folks about what they need to learn next. Kolkata is a big city and finding a decent job can be tough, so we try to provide a space where people can pick up some practical knowledge. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and books, but that’s just how we work. We don't have a fancy reception or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic on Surya Sen Street, but you get used to it after a while. We drink a lot of chai and spend a lot of time on the phone. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started, but we’re still here doing our thing on the ground floor. It's a plain, simple life here.
