You can find us at 36/1E/1K on Topsia Road. We are located in the Tiljala area of Kolkata. It is a very busy and densely packed part of the city. Being on Topsia Road means there is a lot of traffic and noise outside our doors at all hours. As a hospital, we have a lot going on inside as well. The building has several floors and we are always running up and down the stairs or using the lift when it’s working. It’s not a quiet place, but it is a place where a lot of work gets done. We handle many different types of cases every day. The staff is usually busy with patients or sorting out the medicine stocks. We don't have a big fancy lobby with waterfalls or anything like that. It’s just a regular hospital building that looks a bit worn in some places. We focus on the daily chores of keeping the place clean and making sure everyone is seen. The neighborhood is very lively, and there are plenty of small shops around us if we need to grab a quick snack. We have been here in Tiljala for a while and we know the rhythms of the street. It’s just us doing our best with what we have in this busy part of West Bengal. We keep our front desk staffed even when things get overwhelming.
