We’ve been operating this Reputed Recruitment Firm out of 45/L, Moore Avenue for a good while now. Being in Tollygunge puts us in a busy part of Kolkata, which helps since we deal with so many people. It’s a recruitment office, so there’s always someone coming in or out with a resume in their hand. We don't have a flashy name, we just go by what we do. Mostly, we spend our days talking to candidates and trying to see if they’d be a good fit for the jobs we have on the list. It’s a lot of back-and-forth emails and phone calls that never seem to end. Some days it feels like we’re just sorting through piles of paper, but that’s the reality of the business. We aren't trying to be something we’re not. It’s just a small team here in Kol-40. We know the local market pretty well. Sometimes we find someone great right away, other times it takes weeks of searching. It’s not a perfect science. We just try to be practical about who we recommend to the companies that ask us for help. The office is a bit crowded with files, but we know where everything is.
