Our place is at 942/2 on Jessore Road. If you know Kolkata, you know Jessore Road is always packed with trucks and cars going everywhere. We’ve been operating out of this building for quite a while. It’s a telecom office, so there’s always something going on with cables or connections or people calling in. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a practical space where the work actually happens. The 700074 area is quite busy, and we’re right in the middle of it. Sometimes the noise from the road gets inside, but we’re used to it by now. We have a small team here. We mostly just focus on keeping the systems running and helping whoever comes through the door with their mobile issues or whatever else they need. We don't have a big reception area with fancy lights. It's just chairs and desks and a lot of wires. Dealing with phones and networks keeps us on our toes. Some days are longer than others, especially when there’s a problem with the line. We just take it as it comes. It's a living, and we’ve been doing it for years on this stretch of Jessore Road. We know the neighbors and the local tea stall guy pretty well. It's a good spot to be, even with all the traffic. We just keep our heads down and do the job. It's what we know.
