Our place is in Baghajatin, Kolkata. The full name is Real Time Engineering Pvt Ltd. If you know the 700032 area, you know it can get pretty hectic. We are an engineering company, but don’t expect a giant factory with sirens. It’s more of a functional office where we handle the technical side of things. The fans stay on because Kolkata humidity is no joke. We have stacks of drawings and papers everywhere. It’s a bit messy, to be honest, but we know where everything is. The people working here have been around for years. We usually take a break around midday for some food. There’s a lot of noise from the street sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it. Real Time Engineering isn't a name you'll see on billboards. We just do the work that comes in. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but work comes first. Most of our day is spent looking at specs or talking to clients on the phone. It’s honest work. We try to keep things simple. No one wears a suit here unless they really have to for a meeting.
