Rajubabu Shoe O Rokomari Fashion

This shop, Rajubabu Shoe O Rokomari Fashion, is located over in Sajna Beria, specifically near Nepalgange on Julpia Road. It’s a bit of a mouthful, the name, but people around here just know where we are. We carry shoes mostly, but also some other fashion items. It started out small and stayed that way. The Julpia Road area has changed a lot since I first came here. More buildings, more bikes, more noise. But inside the shop, it’s usually pretty calm. I spend my time checking the boxes and making sure the pairs are together. Sometimes a customer comes in looking for something specific, and I have to go digging in the back. It’s not a fancy setup. The floor is just plain, and we have simple shelves for the shoes. I think people like that it’s not intimidating. You can just come in with your muddy boots and try something new on. The weather affects us a lot; when it rains, everyone wants boots, and when it’s dry, they want light sandals. I live not too far away, so the commute is just a short walk. I see the same faces every morning when I’m opening up the shutters. It’s a good community in Sajna Beria. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in the world, just a place where you can get decent shoes and clothes for your family. It’s what we’ve always done.
