You can find us at G04 in the CFB building over in Sector 3 of Salt Lake. It’s a pretty standard area with lots of offices and people walking around. We do contracting and engineering, which basically means we spend our time looking at contracts and making sure the builds are moving along. The office is a bit crowded with all the files and equipment we need to keep track of. It’s not the quietest place, especially when the phones start ringing all at once in the afternoon. We have a mix of experienced people and some younger folks who are still learning the ropes. Salt Lake is a good place to be based because it’s easy for people to get to, though parking can be a real headache some mornings. We don’t really do anything fancy here, we just stick to the engineering side of things. Sometimes we stay late when a project is finishing up, and the security guard usually has to remind us to lock up. It feels like a real workplace where things actually get done. We deal with a lot of vendors and sub-contractors, so there is a lot of back and forth communication every day. Most of us have been here long enough that the routine is second nature. It’s just a regular group of people trying to keep the projects on track and the paperwork in order.
