R. Kumar & Company

You can find us at 84/1B, Topsia Road (South). R. Kumar & Company has been in this spot for quite a while now. This area is known for its industrial feel and we fit right in. Our workspace is strictly for getting things made and shipped. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, you’ll just find someone at a desk covered in ledgers and notes. The back area is where all the actual work happens. There’s a lot of noise from the street and the equipment we use. We deal with various materials every day. It’s a bit messy sometimes, especially when we have a lot of raw materials delivered at once. We don't really follow a corporate handbook here. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. Most of our workers live nearby. We’ve built a steady rhythm over the years. It’s about cutting, assembling, and checking the final product. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just basic manufacturing. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes it tough, but the fans keep things moving. We value the fact that our customers keep coming back to this little corner of Topsia. It’s honest, everyday work for all of us here in the building. We usually start early in the morning before the sun gets too high. The tea break is the only time things really quiet down for a bit. We don't mind the clutter as long as the orders get out on time.
