R Kcombines

Our office is on the first floor at 187 Sarat Bose Road. It’s an older building with a lot of character, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Sarat Bose Road is always humming with life, and you can hear the trams and the cars from our windows. Being on the first floor is nice because we don't have to climb too many stairs, but the stairs we do have are a bit narrow. R Kcombines is a small operation, really. We don’t have a massive staff, just a few of us who know how everything works. The rooms are filled with files and old ledgers, and there is always a stack of mail that needs sorting. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or modern decor. We like the way the place feels just as it is. Usually, the day starts with opening up the shutters and letting some air in. We spend our hours talking to vendors and making sure our records are straight. It’s a lot of paperwork, to be honest. But we find the routine quite grounding. People in the building are friendly, and we often stop to talk in the hallway. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just do our work, treat people fairly, and head home at the end of the day. It’s a simple way to run a business and it has worked for us so far.
