At 82 Kunjramahal in Sadarbazar, you’ll find our institute. We are right there in Barrackpore, which is a busy area with people always on the move. The building is an older one, and we occupy a space that’s been set up with rows of computers for the students. It’s not like those fancy universities you see in movies. It’s a practical place where people come to learn about IT because they need a job or want to upgrade their skills. The Sadarbazar area is always full of life, so there’s a lot of noise from the markets and the people walking to the station. We’ve got a lot of students coming from all over the 24 Parganas North district. They sit in the lab for hours, typing away and trying to figure out coding or how systems work. Sometimes the equipment is a bit slow, and we have to fix things on the fly, but that’s part of the learning process. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know their stuff and are willing to share it. There are no fancy lounges or cafes here, just desks and monitors. It’s a place for hard work and concentration. We’ve been in Barrackpore for a long time, and we like being part of the local education scene without any big fuss. R C C Institute Of Information Technology is just where we spend our days teaching.
