Quadrangle (Off Line Talent Search Of Naukri.Com)

Quadrangle is based over in Chatterjee Para, which is a part of Baidyabati in the Hooghly district. We are basically the off-line talent search side of things for Naukri.com. It’s a bit of a different setup than the big online side of the business. We are right here on the ground, meeting people and looking through files. Hooghly is a place with a lot of character, and Baidyabati feels like home to most of us who work here. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place in Chatterjee Para where we can sit down and focus. We spend a lot of our time talking to people who are looking for work or companies that need a hand finding staff. It can get pretty busy, and the desks are usually covered in papers and folders. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon. We just listen to what people need and see if we can help them out. It’s a lot of phone calls and face-to-face chats. The local atmosphere helps keep us grounded. We aren't tucked away in some skyscraper in a big city. We are part of the neighborhood. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic in Baidyabati gets backed up, but we just deal with it. It’s a very human way to work, and we think that makes a difference when you’re dealing with people’s careers. We have been here long enough to know the area quite well by now.
