Pushan Placements

Our office is located at 67 A Bikramgarh, right in the Jadavpur area. If you know Jadavpur, you know it is a place where things are always happening, but Bikramgarh has its own slightly quieter feel. We do placement work, which basically means we try to help people find jobs. It is a lot of talking to candidates and trying to understand what they are actually looking for. The office is not very big. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that are getting a bit full, and a lot of power strips for all our chargers. There is always someone coming or going, either for an interview or just to drop off a CV. We do not have a lot of bells and whistles. It is a plain office where we do plain work. We drink a lot of water and try to keep the fans going during the humid months. Jadavpur is a great place to be because there is so much energy around, and we feel like part of the neighborhood. We are not a high-pressure environment. We just take each day as it comes and try to match the right person with the right company. It is a lot of trial and error, but we have been at it long enough to know the ropes. If you walk by, you might see us through the window just typing away or talking on our mobiles.
