Our base is in the village of Champapukur, which falls under the Basirhat police station in North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. It’s a very rural setting compared to the big offices in Kolkata. We run things from here, mostly focusing on our online presence and local services. Being in a village means things move a bit slower, and we have to deal with things like power cuts and slow internet sometimes. But we like it here. It’s our home. We just wanted to do something for the people around here that might be useful. Most of our work happens on old computers in a small room. We don't have any corporate branding or big signs outside. Everyone in the village knows where we are if they need to find us. We spend a lot of time talking to local people and figuring out how we can help them through our website. The P.O. Champapukur area is where we grew up, so we know the people and the problems they face. It’s not a high-tech hub, but we do our best with what we have. Sometimes we have to travel to Basirhat for official work or supplies. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours.
