Priyankade Sarkar

You can find me over at 28 Kayasthapara Main Road in Kolkata. It is a busy street, like most places in this city, and there is always something going on outside the window. I have been operating under the name Priyankade Sarkar for a while now. The space isn't huge, but it fits everything I need to stay productive. I have got my books, my computer, and a very old fan that makes a bit too much noise in the summer. Working in Kolkata means dealing with the heat and the crowds, but it is home. I handle most of the tasks myself, so if you call, you are talking to me. I do not like the way big companies talk, so I keep things pretty straightforward. There is no lobby or front desk here. Just a door on the main road. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we manage. I spend a lot of time at my desk making sure things are in order. It is a bit messy sometimes, especially when I have got several things going at once, but I know where everything is. I do not have a marketing team or anyone to polish up my words. I just write down what needs doing and I do it. It is a small, local way of doing things, and that is how I prefer it. Being right there on the main road keeps me connected to what is happening in the neighborhood.
