We aren't big on fancy office decor; we just have what we need to get the job done. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of pens, but we sort it out eventually. It’s a practical environment. We don't spend time on long speeches or corporate retreats. We just look at the schedule for the day and try to finish everything before it’s time to head out for the evening.
